Gardens, Street-Sweeps, Parties and Cycling
Remember when we (PK) were talking about making a garden on the same block as the PK house, and how we used to throw parties and street sweeps? Well, we didn’t forget! And we never stopped! Winter just got in the way, as well as Fall and Spring semester.
With Spring only a couple short months around the corner, you can definitely expect some street sweeps, garden prep-work and dance parties...

PK STREET SWEEP 2.0
Parkwood Killerz Bicycle Club is hosting its 2nd Parkwood Avenue Clean Up, and would like to invite you! If you’re interested in volunteering some time to help beautify RVA, hang out with some fun people, meet new people, and contribute to your local community, then come on out! We’ll be providing trash bags, gloves, tools, a truck, etc. Who knows? Maybe we’ll have a group...

Friday's Parkwood Clean-Up, the Upcoming DDD, Girl...
Thank you to everyone (Parkwood Killerz, Girl Cave, friends and neighbors) who helped Friday with the 1st Parkwood Clean Up!!! You were all totally awesome, and really helped clean 1200 block Parkwood up a LOT! Thank you!!!! Also, to everyone who showed up to the impromptu DDD the night before, thank you, also! For being arranged last second, that was a lot of fun!!!
